A 4-week reconnecting journey for those of us who live between worlds.

Do you ever feel like you're too much of one thing and not enough of another?

Maybe you grew up between cultures, languages, countries, or identities.

Maybe your parents or grandparents left their homeland so you could have opportunities they never had.

Maybe you've spent a lot of your life trying to figure out where you actually belong.

I've been having many conversations about this lately.

What if being between worlds isn't something we need to fix?

What if it's actually part of our magic?

I'm creating a space to explore what it means to reconnect with where we come from, honor the people and stories that came before us, and make peace with all the different worlds we carry.

We'll explore:
​• Reconnecting with our roots, ancestors & culture
• What it means to belong to more than one world
• What it means to belong to more than one world
• Language, identity & finding the courage to use your voice
• Our bodies, beauty & the ways culture shapes how we see ourselves
• Honoring where we come from while still choosing our own path
• What it means to become the “new ancestors” for the generations that come after us

Because you don't have to choose.

You are the bridge.

Between here and there.

Between where you come from and where you're going.

Between the people who came before you and the person you're becoming.

And maybe being the bridge isn't the wound.

Maybe that's the medicine.
